BREEDER FARM MANAGER
The position oversees breeding operations, animal health, staff supervision, facility maintenance, record keeping, and compliance with welfare and biosecurity standards, ensuring optimal reproduction, productivity, and farm efficiency.

Qualification, Skills and Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Animal Science or Agriculture
- Minimum of 10-15 years’ experience in poultry breeding and farm management, preferably within a commercial breeder or layer production environment.
- Proven experience in business leadership.
HATCHERY MANAGER
The position oversees all aspects of hatchery operations, ensuring the health of eggs and chicks, maintaining equipment, and leading staff to achieve efficient and high-quality production.

FEED MILL PRODUCTION MANAGER
The position is responsible for ensuring the quality and quantity of feed production, coordinating mill activities, managing team members, and maintaining safety regulations.

- Proven experience in business leadership.
GROUP FINANCE EXECUTIVE
The position manages the financial health of the organization to promote success and growth while complying with legal and financial practices.
