The Komati Basin Water Authority (KOBWA) is a bi-national river basin authority established by a treaty between the Kingdom of Eswatini and the Republic of South Africa to develop and manage water resources in the Komati sub-catchment. With its Head Office at Maguga Dam in Eswatini and its Operations (Water Management) office at Driekoppies Dam near Schoemansdal, South Africa, KOBWA plays a strategic role in supporting sustainable water resource management across both countries.
